What if my Mentor doesn’t contact me at the agreed time, or is unresponsive?

Please attempt to message the Mentor on the site’s chat if this happens. If there is still no response, then please email info@wiseupnetworks.com and we will contact the Mentor to resolve.

What if my Mentor is abusive?

Report any issues with Mentor conduct to Wiseup at info@wiseupnetworks.com and we will deal with the dispute. If the Mentor is found to be abusive then you will receive a full refund.

Can I be a Mentor myself?

Anybody can sign up to be Mentor! Simply follow the Mentor sign up process and provide us the necessary details; we will review your application and approve if all looks in order.

My Mentor has accepted but I no longer want to pay for the session

You will get an opportunity to decline payment once the Mentor accepts your request. If you no longer wish to continue, press decline and you will not be charged.
