Byron is an award winning entrepreneur, Author, Business Start Up Expert & the founder of The BLC Group. The BLC Group is the umbrella company for a number of businesses Byron owns, runs or has a financial interest in, including: a Construction Recruitment company, a National Wedding Publication & Directory, a national luxury chauffeuring company & finally another award winning company which deals with corporate & personal branding, image consultancy & employability skills.

To date, Byron has a proven track record in business, & success stories to boast about. Byron's journey through an array of different businesses, past & present, have enabled him to specialise in advice for businesses & individuals.

Byron spends much of his time as a business consultant offering Business Development, Mentoring & Recruitment Services as his businesses operate without him.

Byron thrives on transforming businesses & lives. As a result he mentors several clients who own & run their own business. He also currently works with Greenwich University as a mentor and Harris Academy as a governor.

His experience is extensive, including but not limited to property, sales, marketing, telecoms, retail, fashion, recruitment, employability & ecommerce to name a few.

The BLC is building a strong brand delivering excellent services, happy staff & customers; resulting in winning a number of awards over the years plus several nominations.

Byron is now a published author with internationally recognised publisher Hodder & Stoughton with a book called "Self Made". The book covers every tier of the business development process, from start-up to exit, offering practical, implementable & global advice on the start-up process. Self Made can be found online & in all good book stores. Byron is now in the process of writing his second book with Penguin Random House which is due to be released March 2021.

Byron is a co-chair of the Evolve Housing charity, a charity that helps those that are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless and providing support and housing them. They successfully help over 2,000 people a year offering support to each individual ensuring their needs are met.

Ultimately, Byron is an Entrepreneur constantly seeking new opportunities & challenges. Pursuing opportunities he has an interest in, has a cause & the potential to prosper.
