I am a Leadership and Career Coach, Business Mentor and Executive Team Facilitator. I specialise in leadership development, with a focus on maximizing strengths and emotional intelligence, as well as supporting clients to navigate change and transition. I have over 23 years’ experience spanning large corporates & partnerships to SME and fast growing businesses. My inhouse experience was gained in global professional service organisations with extensive experience in the Big Four, and Legal Sector. I am very familiar with the pressures experienced by managers and leaders working in complex organisations facing rapid change and uncertainty.
As a business founder and owner myself, for the past 15 years, I also understand the challenges that entrepreneurs and fast growing scale up leadership teams face when growing and evolving.

I bring a commercial understanding due to my training as an accountant, and through the running of my own businesses. I get to the heart of issues quickly, and with a pragmatic eye, support clients to clarify, own and achieve their goals.
My corporate management experience was gained within Talent Management, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition (including early careers), HR, OD and Change Management at PwC, Deloitte, Herbert Smith and HSBC (Commercial bank).
I have led strategic talent and people projects, including EVP and People Propositions, Values, Performance, Succession and Development and have supported clients through several mergers and acquisitions.
My style is to blend support and healthy challenge, based on a deep level of trust. I am an accredited EMCC and iOpener coach, and I tailor my approach to suit every client’s context and objectives. Licensed to use FIRO-B, MBTI, Strengthscope and TEIQue, I employ these psychometric tools and 360 degree feedback where appropriate. I am also a certified AGILE HR practitioner, Master Strengthscope practitioner (Individual, Team and Leader) and utilise Executive Coaching tools such as 360 Coaching, Leading through Change, Emotional Intelligence, Powerful Influencing, Creating Strong Personal Impact to support my clients’ development.
I am a member of The International Society of Female Professionals, The MS Society, The Institute of Student Employers; and am a Trustee on Board of Woking and Sam Beare Hospice. I live in Woking with my husband, daughter and two dogs; and enjoy running, cooking, and taking on new physical challenges just to see if I can!
