I have an impressive record gained from over 17 years in the digital space, working with a range of high value brands – at all stages of their customer journey.
My experience lies mainly within financial services but also have experience both in the public sector and (way back) in hospitality.
I specialise in complex projects, getting involved from the start so I can shape the best UX solution for that programme of work.
