We're thrilled to announce that alongside our Silver Award in the Positive Impact Category at the London Chamber SME London Business Awards earlier in the year, we have now been honoured with the People & Community Award at Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce’s Excellence Awards.
We’re officially a multi award-winning social enterprise, taking home awards for our Positive Impact at SME London Business Awards and the People & Community Award at GMCC.
These awards are a testament to our unwavering commitment to making a difference in the lives of young people. We believe in the power of business as a force for good, and this recognition reaffirms our dedication to creating a positive impact in the UK.
Our programmes combine 1-2-1 mentoring & work experience to support students who don't feel they have the personal or family connections to gain an advantage in their careers.
We have over 5 years of experience running our own coaching & mentoring platform. In this time, we have facilitated hundreds of mentoring relationships over our platform, and along the way, we have learnt what truly impactful mentoring looks like.
We've also provided mentors for young people on Universal Credit via a partnership with the Kickstart Scheme, as well as inspiring college students with industry career talks with our partner colleges. During the pandemic, we also offered mentoring to young people who had been made redundant.
We're proud to have positively shaped the lives of many young people in the UK through our pioneering initiatives.
