Hi, I'm Caroline
Passionate, determined, positive and a marketer by trade... that is me. This is the basis for my small but perfectly formed consultancy and also gives you a feel for what you can expect if I mentor you.
With 20 years working my way up through the marketing ranks across a whole host of industries I can safely say...I LOVE MARKETING, there you go I said it and in summary I love to help share my passion, knowledge and experience to help others face challenges and identify and embrace opportunity.
While it helps loving what you do... my greatest pleasure comes from working with fantastic people to help them in periods of change. Progress is impossible without change but it doesn't need to be scary, I love helping people navigate the challenges that will help them bloom.
During my career I have been lucky enough to work with some household names from Coors Brewers, Marks and Spencer, Lloydspharmacy and Merlin Entertainments. As well as working with smaller fast growing business across a good mix of industries. It is this varied experience which means I bring a fully rounded view to all mentor / mentee relationships.
There are very few challenges from a marketing perspective that I don't have first hand experience of to help you navigate.
