I have over +20 years’ of experience driving revenue, customer satisfaction, brand equity and team success within B2C and high-growth SaaS/B2B environments across the US, UK and Africa.
While I excel in conceptualising marketing and digital strategies, strategy without implementation is of little use. Thankfully I have an implementation track record to match, having successfully conceptualized and executed campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness across many different industries including financial services, retail, technology, sustainability and media.
I am a team player and seek like-minded individuals when establishing high-performing marketing teams, knowing that the combination of our skill sets and collaborative mindsets will deliver exponentially. My north star culture, which I strive to align my teams with, is one where innovation is fostered, commitment rewarded and a "can do" attitude prevails.
As a marketer during this time of such innovation and flux, I spend a tremendous amount of my time coaching and mentoring marketing teams, helping them find a happy balance between being data-driven while at the same time building an intuitive understanding of what "impactful" creative storytelling is. I've managed budgets in excess of 50M.
