Hi, I'm Elena

I am a business and sales leader with more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and communications. I live with my family in the Netherlands but I am native from Romania where I did my first university studies in PR and Communications.
I started working in sales at age 17 and since then I developed a passion for understanding what influences and drives consumer behaviours.
In 2006 I moved to England to study Marketing and Supply Chain (Business School) and after that, I started working for Microsoft, in Reading.

In the past 20 years, I worked with hundreds of customers and sales teams, focusing on business and sales strategy and transformation.
My interest in sales performance has led me to the Sales Learning & Enablement arena and I worked with hundreds of leaders to help them create trust and confidence, through discovering their purpose and values and finding and using their strengths and personal stories.

I am a passionate advocate for women and I take a proactive role in coaching and mentoring them. On my podcast, Women in Sales and Leadership, I share fascinating career stories of women who inspire and empower.

I am a self-development nerd, passionate to uncover ways to improve myself and others - with a keen interest in personality typologies such as the Enneagram, Strengthsfinder and MBTI.
