I'm a Petty Officer Naval Careers Advisor possessing a wealth of experience in Recruitment, Coaching & Mentoring, NLP Practitioner, CBT, Personal Development, World Host Accredited Customer Services, Event Management, Project Management & Change Practitioner. I am keen to work with any military service leavers who are looking for help during their resettlement process including CV writing, interview techniques, school leavers, university students or anyone looking for guidance on their next steps.

I have over twenty years experience in the military in Logistics, HR and Recruitment that has taken me around the world. I have delivered outreach, training and presentations to numerous schools/universities, and worked with education business partners as diverse as Princes Trust, UTC, MPCT and Duke Of Edinburgh.

I'm usually happiest getting creative writing, acting, travelling, enjoying live music, hunting for vintage furniture, enjoying outdoor fitness or stand up paddleboard by the coast with my wife in Southsea, Portsmouth.
