I am a persuasive professional business founder, leader and business owner of 16 years standing. Key strengths are long range vision, business development, sales & marketing and mentoring of the leadership team. I now act as a non- executive director and business mentoring consultant.
I am known for leading from the front by personal example and as an inspiration to a team with a strong vision. I also get “hands on” when required.
Running a successful SME for 16 years, dealing with SME clients on a daily basis, and growing the team to 20 has led to an innate knowledge of the SME world.
With a background in retail store and area management, logistics, and many outsourced type consultancies has led me to a strong belief that customer service is key to any successful business.

My ideal Business Owner Mentee will own a business that turns over £100k+, will provide B2B services, is ambitious, frustrated at their growth, needs to increase profitability, need to get more clients, needs to maximise value from existing clients and finds it hard to convert leads into new clients at the right fee.
