Our ambassadors are industry professionals who stay actively connected to Wiseup’s work. They use their insight, networks, and experience to support students, strengthen our community, and highlight the importance of real-world opportunity.
With a love of all things business, Stephen started his early career as an accountant and quickly moved on to leading analytics, project management and commercial teams in the energy industry for British Gas and Eon. After achieving his MBA, with Distinction, at The University of Nottingham he switched industries joining IAG, the owner of British Airways & Iberia, leading major Procurement and Commercial projects in Spain and the UK.
His sense of adventure, love of different cultures and the support of his wife led him to locate with his family to the US and to Doha Qatar where he led Qatar Airways Procurement team. More recently, Stephen has switched industries again to join HSBC working on their strategic programmes.
