Breakthrough Sessions

Book your Expert of choice for a 45 minute 1-2-1 session over a phone or video call.

How it works:

1. Once you have had an introductory ‘Virtual Coffee’ with an Expert, you can ‘Request’ next to Breakthrough Session on their profile (if they choose to offer it).

2. If the Expert accepts, a chat will open in Messages between the two parties. At this point, you pay the agreed fee for the session.

3. You can then chat freely to agree topics of discussion, send relevant documents and arrange the call.

4. You should then send your phone number or video call details (Zoom etc) to the Expert.

5. At the agreed time, you can meet with the Expert for the session.

6. Once the session is completed, the Expert will press “End Session” in that chat window.

8. You can then agree or disagree that the service has been provided. If you press disagree – Wiseup will be in contact to resolve.

9. Once agreed, the chat will end and you can leave a review for the Expert. This is visible on their public profile.
