I started a career in banking then moved into recruitment a few years later.
Having gained many professional qualifications along the way, to name a few.. Marketing, Finance, Coaching, Mentoring, Management and Recruitment and Employment qualifications.
27 years in the wonderful world of recruitment with Jobwise, starting as an Administrator, progressed through the company to take over as MD 15 years ago.
I have worked (& thrived) through 2 recessions, winning lots of awards but more importantly having fun along the way.
Jobwise have gained an IiP GOLD employer status, ISO accreditation and multi awards over the years I have been in post.
I was awarded the accolade of "inspiring leader of the year" NW/Isle of Man area a few years ago by the Women in Business network.
I believe it is all about the people you have around you, representing your business, encouraging, developing them to be the best they can be.
Very keen to support, assist and share my experiences with passionate people who want to move forward, if that is employee's looking for career advice or employers looking to progress their business.
I am down to earth, humble, direct talking and very ambitious. I will challenge people to be the best they can be but with a smile!
