Hi, I'm Marion
I am an Executive with over 20 years of experience in publishing, fashion and digital companies - both start ups and global leaders. I spent 7 years at Google, which I joined in 2003 and helped expand across Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa. I also worked for disruptive companies such as Eventbrite where I was VP of Marketing EMEA, and in extremely regulated industries such as i-gaming, where I was Chief Marketing Officer.
I am a C-level executive myself since 2012. Having spent years as part of management teams, I gained a solid understanding of what it means to be a leader, including challenges and opportunities.
I have been coaching executives around the world since 2015. The impact of my approach is transformational: Stronger leadership, ambitious goal setting, increased confidence, fast growth, improved efficiency, agility, communication and collaboration. I'm also a mentor at Natwest Accelerate, a business writer and a public speaker.
