I am an experienced Business Coach, Mentor, and Trainer with over 25 years of experience in managing and leading businesses and teams to sustainable, profitable growth.
I help people with ideas get their ideas into a plan and then into activity.

I help business owners attract, engage and retain the right people. It's all about getting the right people on the bus and in the right seats.
Following a successful career growing a foodservice wholesale business from £3mn to £16.5mn and two Directorships spanning 10 years, in 2013 I established my own business and immediately started worked with the Lancashire Growth Hub as an approved coach and mentor. I also became an approved business coach with the highly successful UK Government-funded Growth Accelerator scheme and have continued to develop as a coach/mentor and trainer to Lancashire and Cumbrian business.
Currently, I design and deliver group workshops, training new business mentors in the North Lancashire area and also support many other aspiring coach/mentors as they start their journey in the profession.
