Hi, I'm Simon
I am a leadership mentor who worked in HR and as a consultant in big business - Rolls-Royce, Shell and PWC and KPMG. I worked in marketing and sales and as an Operations Director before becoming a CEO. Now I work as a consultant and mentor for businesses small and large. I founded a careers business which advised individuals and also published extensively on business issues.
I am best working with someone who is interested in learning and growing - personally and in their business. My forte is business growth through people, dealing with tricky issues and finding a fulfilling pathway.
I travelled as a kid and grew up for a period in Asia. I am the eldest of 4, have 3 children, live in a rural location and love dogs - they keep me moving every day - come rain or shine.
