This milestone reflects a strong and growing partnership, built on a shared commitment to supporting young people as they take their first steps into the world of work.
This year’s programme began with a dedicated mentor training workshop, bringing together both returning mentors and those taking part for the first time.

Our long-standing relationship with LondonEnergy has already delivered significant outcomes:
Each year, the programme offers young people the opportunity to step into a professional environment, gain exposure to a variety of job roles, and develop essential skills that will support their future careers.
As we begin this fifth programme, we’re excited to build on this success and continue creating opportunities for young people in the local community.
Through continued collaboration, Wiseup and LondonEnergy are not only providing work experience, but also helping young people to build confidence, broaden their horizons, and realise their potential.
We’d like to extend a huge thank you to everyone at LondonEnergy who has contributed to making this partnership such a success. We look forward to seeing the impact of this year’s cohort.
