Pathfinder Programme

This week’s exciting programme launch news comes from Inverto, as the programme’s second year officially kicks off following today’s mentor training workshop. Inverto, a Boston Consulting Group company, specialise in procurement and supply chain transformation, helping organisations improve efficiency, reduce costs, and build more resilient operations.

Last week, Wiseup joined Kantar, Efficio, Hays, Chain IQ, Kyndryl and Blackbullion as we welcomed 45 students to Kantar’s office for the launch of London Intern 26. Kicking off the official launch with this year’s mentoring split between a morning and afternoon session, the launch event brought together students from South Bank University Academy, Sedgehill Academy, Harris Westminster and St John’s Baptist School, along with their mentors from the aforementioned companies.

Wiseup is proud to be working once again with one of the UK's fastest-growing recruitment firms, NES Fircroft, for a consecutive year. Wednesday 15th April marked a major milestone for With Intelligence and Wiseup Networks, with the official launch of this year’s Pathfinder Programme mentoring sessions. This year’s programme will see 12 students from Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) take part in 6 mentoring sessions over several months. These 1-2-1 mentoring sessions will be wrapped around a curated in-office visit designed to give the students a taster day in the life at one of the UK’s fastest growing investment data-intelligence companies.

Wiseup is proud to announce the launch of the fourth Intern Programme, delivered in partnership with Kantar. Kicking off with two mentor training workshops last week, Intern 26 is officially underway. This year’s programme will see 44 mentors supporting students from South Bank University Academy, Sedgehill Academy, Harris Westminster and St John’s the Baptist School — helping them take meaningful steps towards their future careers.

It’s a proud moment in the Wiseup calendar, as we celebrate the launch of LondonEnergy’s fifth consecutive Pathfinder Programme. This milestone reflects a strong and growing partnership, built on a shared commitment to supporting young people as they take their first steps into the world of work.
