I am experienced in leading large global cross functional teams in very strategic and transformation programmes outside and inside OJEU, in both IT and business process markets in Financial Services, Media, Construction, Public and Utilities sectors. I specialise in both complex ’green field ’ ie new outsourcing opportunities and merger and acquisitions. My experience expands across all IT Services, AML, Media, HR and Mortgage outsourcing, fund management and all other bank services across all continents. Topics that may be useful are approach to building skills and attributes to deliver these complex contracts, negotiation tips, how to build an effective team and drive delivery against tough deadlines, how to move from an employee to a freelancer role.

My hobby is science fiction writing as an Indie Author and my full first trilogy, ZEIN (www.grahamjwood.com) is now published. My ambition is to negotiate a deal with one of the major steaming companies ie Amazon, Netflix to air them on the small screen. You live for dreams! For more background I am married, two children and started work at 16 and worked up the corporate ladder before finding my niche in negotiating outsourcing deals and writing sci-fi novels.
