Serial entrepreneur and board-level brand management & communications professional with 25 years experience in both agency and client-side roles, latterly as founder and MD of independent creative communications agency Jump (jumpmarketing.co.uk).

Mentoring & coaching has always been a part of my work, even if it's not been officially called that. From helping students & graduates get their feet on the first rung of the ladder or supporting the personal development and career progression of my teams; to helping young entrepreneurs get their first business off the ground or giving seasoned corporate executives the confidence to make the leap into doing their own thing. It's a role I've always found immensely rewarding and I'm delighted to be part of the WiseUp Network.

Having worked with some of the world’s largest businesses and brands throughout my career I am now involved with a variety of ambitious start-up and scaling businesses in consultancy, advisory and interim roles, primarily supporting them with commercial strategy & business development, brand development, product development & launch, B2B & B2C communications, marketing and growth.

I have experience across a kaleidoscope of sectors on a local, national and global scale. Particular expertise in digital products, consumer technology, SaaS, food & drink, hospitality & tourism, events & experiential, arts/culture/heritage, education, retail.
